About the Role:
As our Managing DVM, you’ll take the lead both medically and operationally—guiding our care standards, mentoring associates, and helping shape our practice’s future. If you’re a confident, forward-thinking vet with a passion for surgery, dentistry, and empowering your team, we’d love to meet you.

Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to small animal patients
- Perform surgeries and dental procedures confidently
- Interpret diagnostics and develop treatment plans
- Build strong client relationships and foster team culture
- Maintain thorough medical records and ensure compliance
- Lead with integrity and inspire a positive, team-driven clinic environment
Requirements/Qualifications
- DVM from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license eligibility
- Strong communicator with a kind, professional demeanor
- Team-first leadership mentality
- Able to lift 25+ lbs (with help for the big floofs!)

Pay Range
USD $120,000.00 – USD $150,000.00 /Yr.

Essential Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat pets with compassion and confidence.
- Perform surgeries and prescribe treatments.
- Educate pet owners on preventive care and health plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure adherence to veterinary laws, ethics, and clinic policies.
Requirements/Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited school.
- State veterinary license (or eligibility).
- DEA license (or eligibility).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted (more with help).
